ROUTINES

THURSDAY - 4.15-5.00pm 

FRIDAY - 4.15-5.00pm

MONDAY - 4.00-5.00pm

FRIDAY - 5.00-6.00pm

SATURDAY - 9.00-10.00am

-Forward roll to straddle sit.

-Japana (tummy on floor) - hold for 3 seconds.

-Lie flat on back, push up to bridge - hold for 3 seconds.

-3 rocks to stand

-Squat on bench

-Walk to middle of bench - 3 kicks

-Scarecrow balance

-Walk to end of bench - 3 kicks

-Star jump off

-Landing shape - hold for 3 seconds.

-Cartwheel on cartwheel mat

THURSDAY - 5.00-5.45pm

MONDAY - 5.00-6.00pm

FRIDAY - 6.00-7.00pm

SATURDAY - 10.00-11.00am

-Forward roll to stand up

-Standing pike fold

-Push up / bend back to bridge / walkover

-Come down / stand up / kick over

-Squat on bench

-Walk to the middle of bench - 3 kicks

-Full turn on toes

-Arabesque balance - hold for 3 seconds.

-Walk to end of bench - 3 kicks

-Half turn jump - landing shape

-2 Cartwheels / cartwheel and handstand

THURSDAY - 5.45-6.30 & 6.30-7.15pm

FRIDAY - 5.00-5.45pm

MONDAY- 6.00-7.00pm

FRIDAY - 7.00-8.00pm

SATURDAY - 11.00-12.00pm

-Forward roll to straddle stand.

-Roll to shoulder stand - hold for 3 seconds.

-Pike fold / japana / splits

-Push up / bend back / walkover 

-Come down / stand up / kick over

-Squat on bench

-Walk to middle of bench - 3 dip kicks

-Straight jump / tuck jump

-Round off, off end

-Choose 2 floor skills
